1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Golfkit mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
- The Golfkit app is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
- The app provides access to downloadable golf course experiences made available by Golfkit Oy.
- You may only access and play content that is currently published and available within the app.
- The app requires a stable internet connection for downloading and verifying course access.
3. User Accounts
- To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree not to impersonate others, misuse accounts, or attempt unauthorized access.
4. Availability of Content
- Golf courses available in the app are subject to change or removal at any time.
- Some courses may be shown as “Opening soon” and are not yet downloadable or playable.
- Golfkit Oy is not liable for content delays, changes, or removals.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the app or its content.
- Use the app for illegal, harmful, or disruptive purposes.
- Interfere with the app’s operation or backend systems.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the Golfkit app, including logos, graphics, golf course data, and code, is owned or licensed by Golfkit Oy. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without permission.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
